ThatSum Refund Policy

ThatSum provides a made-to-order digital summary. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and returns approved refunds to the original payment method.

When to request a refund

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same request, were charged but did not receive a usable summary because our service failed, or believe a charge was unauthorized. Requests about summary quality or an incorrect source are reviewed case by case because AI output can vary.

How to request one

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. Include the email used at checkout, payment or checkout identifier, date, amount, and a brief explanation. Do not send card details. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the payment.

If approved, processing time depends on Dodo Payments, your bank, and payment method. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, chargeback, or consumer rights available under applicable law.
